Alternation of Saturday opening for Mt Morgan & Gracemere Libraries

Late last year, Council decided to alternate the opening of the Mount Morgan library and Gracemere library on Saturdays while a review of staff requirements was undertaken.

The review has since been completed, and at this stage, the weekly alternation of Saturday opening at Mount Morgan and Gracemere libraries will continue in 2023.

Mount Morgan library will be open 9am-12pm this Saturday, 7 January and Gracemere library will be closed. 

Gracemere library will be open 9am-12pm Saturday, 14 January. 

This alternation will continue until the forseeable future.
