Rockhampton Regional Council give notice to the abovenamed that it holds copies of rates and charges notices for the period [01/01/2021 – 31/12/2024] having been issued to you pursuant to the Local Government Act 2009, and which are available for inspection and/or may be obtained upon request and pursuant to section 239 of the Local Government Act 2009.  They are not published here for privacy reasons. 

On their bases, the Rockhampton Regional Council also give notice of an intention to issue a Notice of Intention to Sell Property under the provisions of the Local Government Act 2009 and regulations for un-paid rates and charges.  The notice is available for inspection and/or may be obtained upon request.  You, or any person claiming an interest in the property as owner, is encouraged to contact the Rockhampton Regional Council on 07 4932 9000 no later than 26/02/2025.  It is not published here for privacy reasons.
