Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility for the Commonwealth Home Support Program is determined by My Aged Care.

The CHSP services that CQ Home Assist Secure can provide are targeted towards:

  • Frail older individuals aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people) who require assistance to live independently at home and engage in community activities.
