Home Assist Secure Program (HAS)

The Home Assist Secure (HAS) Program is funded by the Queensland Government’s Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works.

The Queensland Government has partnered with Rockhampton Regional Council's CQ Home Assist Secure to deliver funded services under the Housing Act 2003. The Home Assist Secure Program Requirements guide the Council in determining eligibility, service provisions, and reporting obligations.
