Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Home Assist Secure services you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be 60 years or over, or any age, and living with a disability,
  • Hold a current Pensioner Concession Card,
  • Be unable to do the work yourself because it requires a specific skill or technical expertise, or is a risk to your health and safety to undertake the work yourself, and
  • Be unable to make use of alternative assistance such as services provided by My Aged Care and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
