Feedback

We recognise everyone's right to lodge a complaint and are dedicated to upholding our duty of care by seeking to resolve any complaints received.

Complaints, comments and feedback are welcomed and may be submitted via communication methods such as by telephone, email, letter or verbally.  The preferred method is via Council’s Online Feedback and Complaints Form.

As per Council’s Complaints Management Policy, once information is received, it will be initially assessed to establish that the information is a complaint, as defined, and to determine the complaint category.
