Beginner Pilates is a small group reformer class incorporating low impact movements designed to help you become confident with reformer exercises. Reformer Pilates will improve your strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Our friendly and encouraging team will tailor to your needs. Beginner Pilates is suitable for:
-people new to pilates
-people who feel they are beginner level fitness
-seniors or others who need non-weight bearing exercises.
