CQ Poultry Meet- 16th Feb 2025

BYO Box/Cage. This is not an auction. All sales are direct between seller & buyer. Live birds, waterfowl, day-old chicks, fertilized eggs, cages, brooder boxes....
Anything to do with poultry welcome.

WHERE:
Robert Schwarten Pavilion, Rockhampton Showgrounds-
Gate 5

TIMES:
Gates open to sellers at 6:30 am.
General public/buyers at 8:30 am SHARP.
Conclusion of event by 11am (or until stock is sold out, which ever comes first)

ENTRY COST:
General Public $5 per adult (under 12 free)
EFTPOS available at the gate for seller fees and entry payments. However, cash for general public entry is faster to process.
BYO CAGE/BOX/CRATE!!
MUST comply with animal welfare laws (and common sense!). All stock/birds MUST be contained in a crate/box/cage AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
A small amount of medium cardboard boxes will be available for purchase for $5ea from the entry gate.

FOOD:
Breaky/coffee will be available onsite to purchase by Lively Leopard Coffee & Lip Smacking Tucker Truck.
FREE balloon art for the kids by Curly Lou.

If you would like to register, please PM us, or email cqpoultrymeet@hotmail.com . Sellers listings are due by Thursday 13th Feb 2025. No returned paperwork means no entry to sell. Entry for Sellers is $10/car or $20 powered car site.
* Sellers, even if you’ve been to our events before, our terms and conditions have changed and you are required to sign and return the updated paperwork for each event we hold.

DON'T FORGET:
BYO cage/box & cash for purchases.
Nearest cash-out facility is Peries IGA Supermarket, 3 Wandal Rd, Wandal (opens at 6am)

Looking forward to another successful meet! Please familiarize yourself with the event T&C's at the gate/on our website prior to entry. This includes having all livestock contained at all times (DO NOT carry stock out to your car in your arms!!)
