CQ Poultry Meet

BYO CAGE/BOX/CRATE!!
MUST comply with animal welfare laws (and common sense!). All stock/birds MUST be contained in a crate/box/cage AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please familiarize yourself with the event T&C's at the gate prior to entry.
Live birds, waterfowl, day-old chicks, fertilized eggs, cages, brooder boxes....
Anything to do with poultry welcome.

Gates open to sellers at 6:30am
General public/buyers at 8:30am.
Conclusion of event by 12pm.
Robert Schwarten Pavilion- Rockhampton Showgrounds (Pedestrian access through Gate 5 on Graham Acton Way)
Parking available on either Graham Acton Way/Lion Creek Road or Exhibition Rd

This is not an auction. All sales are direct between seller & buyer.
Cath’s Kitchen will be available for a yummy hot breakfast/coffee and Curly Lou’s Twisted Balloons will provide free balloon art for the kids.

Entry for Sellers is $10/seller.
General Public $5 per adult (under 12 free)- EFTPOS available at the gate for seller fees and entry payments. However, cash for general public entry is faster to process.
Proceeds will be donated to The Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Sellers listings are due by Thursday 1st February.
No returned paperwork means no entry.
Buyers! A list of offerings will be updated frequently prior to the event, on our pinned post on our page or webpage www.cqpoultrymeet.com.au
Don’t forget to BYO cage & cash for purchases.
