Capricorn Rescue Degustation presented by Sibelco

Since it's inception in 2015, the RACQ Capricorn Rescue Degustation has proven to be a culinary highlight on the Central Queensland event calendar. Growing from 120 guests in 2015 to 170 in 2019, this exclusive event has sold out each year, with all proceeds going to the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service.

In 2020, this spectacular dining experience will see a renowned chef Matt Golinski present a superb six-course degustation, celebrating both local produce and talent.
