Hey Dads, we're excited to invite everyone to our next Dad's Night In, co-hosted with the awesome guys from Walk and Talk! This event is all about supporting each other and understanding mental health.

What's on the agenda? Our friends from Walk and Talk will share valuable tips on:
- Recognizing the signs that a mate's mental health might need attention.
- Practical steps to help improve a mate's well-being.
- How to look out for mates and offer support when they need it most.
We know that sometimes it’s hard to seek help for yourself, but it’s easier to step up when a mate needs support. Let’s turn the spotlight on how we can all be there for each other.
