About Michelle

Michelle is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher with Mindfulness Australia, a Diploma qualified Sound Healer and a Laughter Yoga Leader. She also has a Business degree and a Diploma in Finance.

Understanding the stresses life can bring, Michelle incorporates mindfulness and meditation into her daily routine to maintain balance and calm.

Her mentors have included experienced teachers such as Karl Baker, Stephen Archer (Nyanaviro), Glenda Irwin and Ee Lin Ong, a teacher at Oxford's Mindfulness Foundation.
