Join Dr Lyn McCormack as she facilitates Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training in Rockhampton, February 2025.

8 Consecutive Saturday Mornings. Starting the 1st of February until the 29th of March: from 10:30 - 1:00pm. Place: Body n Soul Yoga Studio, 13 Murray Street, Wandal, Rockhampton.
