Neon Corroboree

The “Neon Corroboree” project will meet RADF guidelines assessment criteria through the collaboration of indigenous culture, disengaged youth, traditional dance and community engagement. This will build cultural innovation, strengthen cultural capacity and improve community well–being. The “Neon Corroboree” project will showcase the quality of traditional dance that we have here in the Rockhampton region. It will also diversify the performances of NAIDOC week as well as, meet a need in the community; not many people in the Rockhampton Region would have seen a contemporary traditional dance in this setting before.
