R U OK Day
headspace rockhampton, youth justice, Lives Lived Well and Darumbal Community Youth Service are coming together on the 10th September to promote R U Ok day.
We encourage all young people to visit the car park at 155 Alma Street Rockhampton to enjoy a day out with us.
R U Ok day is designed to promote, educate and encourage people to seek help for the mental well-being and also to learn how to ask a mate, "R U OK"
