Vauxhall Owners Club of Australia 49th National Rally

The Vauxhall Owners Club of Australia was formed in 1975 by a small group of Vauxhall enthusiasts, to promote ownership of the Vauxhall and Bedford Motor Vehicles. We now have in excess of 550 members Australia wide. Vauxhall Motors celebrates 120 years of motoring excellence this year, is the oldest surviving English Motorcar manufacturer and enthusiasm for the marque grows stronger each year. Queensland has currently nearly 90 members and every fifth year our branch hosts a National Rally in the south-east region of Queensland. Our last hosted event was in Alexandra Headlands and attracted some 80 entrants from as far afield as Western Australia. The purpose of this Rally is for members who share a common love of the Vauxhall/Bedford marque to have the opportunity of meeting with other fellow enthusiasts, touring and enjoying this beautiful state in which we reside.

The 2024 National Rally is to be based at Central Park Motel, 224 Murray Street, Rockhampton in Central Queensland.  Rockhampton is known as the Beef Capital of Australia and located on the Tropic of Capricorn where the Temperate climate meets the Tropics.

Our display day will be held on Sunday 30th June at the Stockland Rockhampton car park adjacent to the Rocky Markets.  Entry from Musgrave Street.  The vehicles will be on display from 8:30 am until 2 pm and entry is free to the public.

- The Caves
- Mt Morgan

- Byfield / Yeppoon

- Footlight Theatre Restaurant
- Display Day &
- Dinner Dance
