CQID Holistic Outreach Service

Holistic Outreach Service (HOS) provides support to vulnerable people that are experiencing Chronic Homelessness (Homelessness to Housing Program) or have Drug and Alcohol Issues (Non-Government Organisation treatment Grant Program) within the Rockhampton and Yeppoon Local Government Areas. However some vulnerable people experience both Chronic Homelessness and Drug and Alcohol Issues.
