Youth Enhanced Support Services (YESS)
30 William Street, Rockhampton (07) 4923 7700
YESS is a primary mental health assertive outreach service for 12 – 25 year-olds who have, or are at-risk of developing, a serious mental illness. Through provision of wrap around clinical and psychosocial mental health supports, we provide a service to the ‘missing middle’ – young people who require a more intensive wrap around service than our headspace Primary Care model, but who do not meet the Qld state mental health services criteria. Operating under a recovery orientated, strengths based approach, our team of mental health clinicians and mental health support workers provide supports through holistic care planning and a stepped care approach.
