parkrun (Rockhampton)

Rockhampton parkrun began in March 2016, joining a global phenomenon that has thousands of people exercising.

Every Saturday morning at 7am, the Rockhampton Botanical Gardens come to life with runners and walkers enjoying 5km of spectacular gardens scenery and the tremendous company of like minded people.

All levels of fitness are catered for in this self-paced event.

To participate:

1. Register online (free and easy registration) at parkrun.com.au,
2. Print your personal barcode, and
3. Turn up on Saturday mornings with your barcode.
