Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) has, by resolution dated 11 December 2023, made—

Animal Management (Amendment) Subordinate Local Law (No. 1) 2023 (Amending Local Law)

The Amending Local Law amends—

Subordinate Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011 (Subordinate Local Law).
3. Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011 (Local Law) authorises the making of the Subordinate Local Law.
4. The purpose and general effect of the Subordinate Local Law is to provide a regulatory framework for the keeping and control of animals in the local government area.
5. A copy of the Local Law, Subordinate Local Law and Amending Local Law may be—

inspected and purchased at Council’s public office; and
-
viewed by the public on the website of the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning.
