Cedric Archer Park is a picturesque and well-loved public park that offers a blend of natural beauty, recreational amenities, and a strong sense of community.

The park offers something for everyone including a modern playground covered by giant shade sails, a wet play area, skate park, pump track, and serene Touch of Paradise wetlands making it a must-visit location in the Region.

Playground
The playground features state of the art play experiences, shaded play spaces and great visibility for a relaxed day out with the kids. Make use of the free picnic and barbeque facilities and enjoy a fun family day out. Go one step further whilst you're there and scan the QR code found on the 'Smart Play Fort' structure to experience a Hans Christian Anderson story book journey using augmented reality.
Water Play Area
Perfectly situated between the playground and the skate park, the Water Play Area is the perfect spot to cool down and play. Complete with giant shade sales, the kids will enjoy playing with mega soakers, tipping buckets and spray tunnels.

Skate Park
The Cedric Archer Park Skate Park is a hub for skaters in the Gracemere area. Its well-designed features including ramps, banks and grind rails make it an ideal spot for skaters looking to improve their skills.

Pump Track
Grab your scooter, skateboard or BMX bike and test out a local high-quality pump track at the northern end of Cedric Archer Park. The pump track is one of Queensland’s largest pump tracks and is designed to encourage progression and confidence for all riders, no matter their level of experience.

Touch of Paradise
Located at the southern end of Cedric Archer Park, Touch of Paradise is home to a local oasis with a lagoon including a 43m pedestrian bridge named after Gracemere locals Don and Dianne Close. The area includes shade shelters, picnic tables and a Zen Garden.

Transport and Parking

Getting here
A brief 7 minute drive from the Rockhampton roundabout, follow the Capricorn Highway to the West and you will find the township of Gracemere.

Parking
Free parking is available for buses, caravans, cars and motorcycles.
