Thomo's Betta Home Living began trading on August 1st, 1990 and was founded by Gary & Carmel Thomasson.

The business back then began as B&M Discounts, to then transition to Betta Electrical. At one point the business was labelled Gary Thomasson's Betta Electrical, then shortened to Thomo's Betta Electrical and eventually to our current trading name of Thomo's Betta Home Living. The Betta Home Living concept has seen the business continue to change and keep up with the ever changing retail industry. Since 1990 the business has seen many renovations, expansions and most recently the addition of the Furniture Zone category to the business.

Thomo's Betta Home Living is a family owned and operated business where you will most likely always see Gary, Carmel and Chris working in the business, day in and day out, to ensure that along with the rest of their team, customers are receiving the best possible experience.

With a strong customer experience focus, we employ a dedicated customer experience manager who can assist with technical enquiries, guidance with booking in and following up service calls for faulty products, and simply ensuring that our customers have the confidence and a guaranteed point of contact no matter what questions arise. In addition to this we maintain a full team of full time staff to ensure our offering is consistent to our customers every single day, plus also operating our own warehouse and delivery team to see that each transaction is followed through to the end with our own team of staff.

Within our Thomo's Betta Home Living business, we promote our cooking category through our Designer Appliances channel showcasing a vast range of cooking appliances and in particular a offering of premium cooking appliance brands such as AEG, Asko, Electrolux, Falcon, Fisher & Paykel, Schweigen and Smeg. We also promote our furniture category through our Furniture Zone Gallery channel. Here you will find our premium and fully customised range of Torino furniture plus an offering across lounges, dining, bedroom, occasional, wall art, mirrors and homewares.
